Vallid Labs is an independent testing facility especially designed to serve meat and food processors with their need to comply with USDA, state, client, and internal quality standards. Vallid Laboratories is a comprehensive testing facility employing USDA guidelines as official methods for all testing.

General Information
1. All test results are confidential and available only to the client unless authorized for release by written permission.
2. All services provided by Vallid Laboratories will be performed in accordance with the USDA, FDA and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 guidelines. The customer must notify Vallid Laboratories of specific documentation requirements prior to the start of any services.
3. A completed chain of custody MUST be present with samples to avoid testing delays.
4. Samples submitted for analysis will be retained for 1 day after results are reported. Positive samples will be retained for 3o days. Any additional sample retention must be arranged prior to or at sample submission which may result is additional storage charges.
5. Vallid Laboratories will maintain records of the raw data for five (5) years, water tests for ten (10) years after the reporting date.
6. A routine micro sample will be processed and reported in seven (7) to ten (10) working days (Monday through Friday).* Full nutritionals can take up to 3 weeks.
